Kielbasa with Vodka Sauce

Kielbasa is one of those ingredients that I always have on hand. They are on sale frequently and at $3 are a super cheap but delicious option for dinnertime protein. We usually serve these browned with scalloped potatoes but were craving something different to mix up our menu. This vodka sauce was perfect!

Kielbasa with Vodka Sauce
Vodka sauce is very easy but doesn’t taste anything but delicious. Vodka sauce is tomato cream sauce. The alcohol is burned off but the bite is still there. The browned kielbasa and onions really bring the tomato flavor out and deepen the cream taste. Make this tonight for a twist on spaghetti. It will replace your standby marinara for sure.
